I didn't exactly plan on becoming a graphic designer. I started college
as a nutrition major, quickly realized science wasn't my strong suit, and after a phone call with my dad ("You'd make a terrible scientist, but a great artist"), I switched gears and never looked back.

Over the last 10 years, I've built a career as a designer, creating everything from brands and marketing campaigns to magazines, illustrations, websites, and social media content. I've worked with large corporations, small businesses, authors, nonprofits, and plenty
of wonderful people in between.

When the company I loved unexpectedly closed its doors in 2026, I found myself at a crossroads. What started as a challenging transition became an opportunity to lean into the creative work I've always loved most.

Today, Toast Creative Co. is a mix of design, illustration, murals, commissions, and whatever creative adventure comes next. Whether I'm painting a mural or helping a small business find its visual voice, I believe good design and good art should feel thoughtful, approachable, and fun!

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me hiking with my husband and our dogs, trying a new recipe, wandering an antique store, or collecting hobbies faster than I can keep up with them. I love being outside, watching Shark Week, and drinking coffee.
